• 3+ years of experience in PM
  • Analytical mindset
  • Understanding of Agile methodology
  • Experience in work with JIRA, TFS.
  • Desire to grow the latest IT/PM trends
  • Intermediate+ English
  • Leading projects in Scrum, Kanban
  • Preparing project plans and specs
  • Informing the team about the goals of the project, supporting communications, motivating and creating a positive atmosphere
  • On time reporting and keeping to the deadlines
  • Daily meetings and organizing demos for the clients
  • Conducting retrospectives / lessons learned meetings
  • Constant learning and attaining new PM/BA related skills
