Duties and responsibilities:
  • Own a services booking target with double-digit growth
  • Define, develop and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, alignment, and engagement with the rest of the organization
  • Engage and drive large deals across the regions
  • Build strong strategic alliances with partners as part of the sales motion
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the Services Sales organization
  • Drive services growth domestically – develop sales plans and overall strategies to create and close a wide range of service engagements from small to complex/strategic
  • Grow the business in a predictable fashion, building month on month and quarter on quarter
  • Assign accounts, territories and sales quotas based on individual goals, capabilities, and pipeline activity
  • Be responsible for budget and expense management
  • Overachieve operational metrics in the scorecard
  • The successful candidate will be a senior leader with experience selling services for a strategic consulting firm, large scale system integrator, or have led a large professional services organization in High Tech
  • 3+ years of proven successful Sales Manager experience
  • Extensive experience in High Tech Professional Services, Strategic Consulting and/or System Integrator
  • Extensive experience closing $1-4M service deals
  • Highly collaborative, exceling in a complex global, matrixed environment
  • Leadership experience planning and delivering enterprise-scale digital transformations
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience leading international sales teams a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
