Requirements:
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience in an IT company
  • Strong background in active recruitment
  • Experience in conducting interviews
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to handle multitasking effectively

  • English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher
Would be a plus:
  • Experience in organizing Technical Events/Conferences

Responsibilities:
  • A full cycle of recruitment (compose ads, active candidate’s screening, selection; checking English level of candidates; organization and conduction of interviews; initiate onboarding process)
  • Editing and updating the CV’s database
  • Participation in decision making process about hiring new employees
  • Labor market monitoring and analysis
  • Monitoring and implementation of the best recruitment practices
  • Organising and/or participating in various IT-events
  • Provide analytical and well-documented reports
