• 3+ years of proven successful experience as a Recruiter (IT sphere)
  • Knowledge and experience with IT recruitment tools
  • Good communications and English skills (Upper-intermediate or Advanced level of English)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Excel)
  • Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
  • Be a good listener, think through and ask right questions to candidates
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends to clearly understand what resources we are looking for each of our project
Dutes and Responsibilities:
  • Successfully review job descriptions in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well as to ask questions that’ll help you identify the right candidate(s). This is by far the most important skill a technical recruiter needs
  • Sourcing, interviewing, building and maintaining a network of qualified and diverse candidates
  • Preparing and posting open job positions on various job boards and social networks to attract candidates
